Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept would be to be the master of candidates database and conduct pre-screening interviews to identify the brightest stars in the industry, giving your feedback and evaluating each candidate.

We’re in search of a candidate who embodies the following qualities:

• A sharp, quick thinker with a knack for identifying talent.
• Stellar communication skills.
• Excellent English proficiency is essential — we value clear and articulate communication.
• A sense of responsibility.

And, of course, we’d love it if you come equipped with at least 1+ years of experience, preferably in the thrilling world of hospitality recruitment.

Work hours:

Since the dawn of the COVID era, we’ve seamlessly transitioned to remote work, providing you with the flexibility you crave. Nevertheless, be ready to work the standard 8-hour workday as we have a lot of challenging tasks. Our team works Sunday to Thursday, 10 am to 6 pm Ukraine time.
