Assistant recruiter, junior recruiter in Lugera Ukraine

We are looking for an Assistant Recruiter / Junior Recruiter to join our team.

Requirements:

• confident spoken and written English - intermediate level and above;
• good communication skills;
• willingness to work for results;

Duties:

• search for candidates for open positions;
• conducting phone interviews and evaluating candidates;
• creating and posting vacancies;
• working with the internal database, reporting, etc.
