In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a recruiter who will strengthen the HR direction and deal with the selection of employees with further official employment.

Responsibilities

• Search and selection of candidates (administrative staff, managers)

• Compilation and placement of vacancies on job portals and social networks

• CV screening and conducting initial interviews

• Preparation of job offers and support of candidates at all stages of hiring before starting work

• Participation in the development of the company's HR brand and HR initiatives

• Supporting the process of adaptation of new employees
