Recruiter's assistant in Vyriy

What will be your focus:

• Call candidates who have left feedback on vacancies (hot reviews).
• Conduct initial short communication with candidates according to the script.
• Clarify basic information: experience, motivation, job search relevance.
• Fix call results in HRM PeopleForce.
• Transfer relevant candidates to recruiters for further stages.
• Remind candidates about interviews as needed.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with candidates.

What is important for this role:

• Good communication skills skills.
• Willingness to communicate a lot on the phone.
• Ability to quickly navigate information and ask clarifying questions.
• Responsibility and attention to details.
• Basic skills in working with Google Docs / spreadsheets / CRM.
• Experience in working with clients, in sales, call center or recruiting.
