Kyiv meat processing plant in connection with the expansion invites an assistant recruiter to its team.

Duties:

• Conducting phone interviews: The first stage of candidate selection, where their skills and compliance with the job requirements are assessed.
• Answers to candidate inquiries: Providing information about open vacancies, working conditions , the selection process and other questions that candidates may have.
• Resume analysis: Initial review and sorting of candidate resumes for further selection.
• Maintaining candidate database: Updating information about candidates in the system, keeping records of conducted interviews and other interactions.
• Communicating with candidates: Informing candidates about selection results , next steps in the hiring process, etc.
• Performance of additional tasks such as preparation of reports, documents, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Previous work experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of office programs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and competently both orally and in writing.
