What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in call centers or in recruitment will be an advantage;
• Good communication skills;
• Willingness to work with large volumes;
• PC skills;

What needs to be done:

• Search for candidates for open positions;
• Selection of resumes;
• Conducting an initial assessment by phone (mass selection);
• Coordinating interviews with experienced recruiters and managers;
• Providing timely feedback to candidates;
• Maintaining the candidate database;
• Regular reporting;
