Assistant psychologist in Fashion Beauty Salon

We are looking for an attentive, empathetic and motivated psychological assistant who wants to start a career in the field of psychological support and helping people

Who we are looking for:

• A person who is interested in psychology and has a friendly approach to people.

• Attentive to details, able to maintain order in documentation and schedules.

• Ready. to learn: experience is not necessary, but basic knowledge of psychology or communication with clients will be a plus.

• Has basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets) or the desire to master them.

• Organized, responsible, willing to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the psychologist in organizing consultations: keeping records, reminding clients.

• Preparing materials: printing documents, collecting questionnaires before sessions.

• Processing calls and messages: answering basic questions of clients.

• Supporting clients: creating a comfortable atmosphere in the office.

• Keeping simple reports: recording the number of sessions, payments.

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work space.
