Assistant project manager (trainee) in Avenston

The company "Avenston" is a general contractor in the construction of solar power plants for commercial enterprises. We have been working since 2018 and have accumulated considerable experience of successfully implemented projects of medium and large size. In connection with the expansion of the areas of activity, we are looking for young people who want to connect their career with the field of renewable energy, and we are recruiting interns for the project management department. We are willing to consider post-baccalaureate students and candidates without work experience. Internship is paid! RequirementsHigher or incomplete higher education; Ability to work full-time; Willingness to gain experience in the field of solar energy; Presentable appearance and competent oral and written Ukrainian language; Orientation to results, analytical mindset, critical thinking; High level of communication, responsibility and discipline; Excellent academic achievements (high average score) and knowledge of the English language will be an advantage. Working conditions Full-time employment, work in an office in the Solomyansky district of Kyiv; Work schedule 5/2, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or from 8: 00 to 17:00); Official registration; Regular salary review and increase; Education, trainings; Possible business trips around Ukraine; Interns who have successfully proven themselves can receive an offer to continue their career in our company in various departments (marketing, sales, technical, planning and economic, project management ). Responsibilities are distributed according to the production cycle of projects in which the intern will be involved, namely: Analytical work and monitoring on current issues (analysis of the market, competitive environment, search for potential customers); Collection and analysis of raw data on construction projects of commercial solar power plants; Participation in technical modeling and planning of projects; Participation in the search and selection of contractors; Helping colleagues in the preparation and design of documents; Writing texts for the company website and pages in social networks; Carrying out other assignments of the immediate supervisor.
