Assistant Project Manager (Shelter) in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

IFB Caritas of Ukraine is looking for a specialist for the position of Assistant Project Manager (Shelter)

Responsibilities:

• Execution of current assignments of the Shelter program manager and project manager.
• Planning of project work, monitoring and control of compliance with plans.
• Control of the implementation of project tasks and assignments in coordination with specialists of local offices, as well as with the lead engineer and technical advisor.
• Collection and processing of information regarding project progress, challenges and possible risks of project implementation or achieving project goals.< /li>
• Conducting business correspondence.
• Working with databases, platforms, both donors, clusters and Caritas of Ukraine.
• Writing reports, keeping protocols, keeping a planner.

Requirements:

• Full higher education (management and administration, construction, sociology, psychology).
• Experience as a project assistant/assistant in public or charitable organizations , construction/engineering companies from the 1st year.
• Experience of working in international or public organizations, charitable foundations and communication support of projects or volunteer initiatives.

Required professional skills:

• English language proficiency level - from A2 (oral/written)
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, search engines, Internet).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding the basics of project management.
• Communicativeness, initiative, structure, stress resistance.
