Assistant project manager (no experience) in Sklyar P.V., FOP

Hello! We are looking for an organized and energetic person who wants to learn to manage projects from scratch - help the project manager keep everything under control and soon lead simple tasks independently. training

What you will do after the start:

• Help manage tasks in trackers (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
• Make simple plans, timings, checklists
• Remind the team about deadlines, collect statuses
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, presentations
• Coordinate meetings, book time, prepare materials
• Communicate with developers, designers, clients (chats, emails)

What is important to us:

• Organization and desire to keep chaos under control
• Good Ukrainian language (written and oral)
• Basic English is a plus (read and write simple messages)
• Attention, quick learning, positive attitude
• Willingness to communicate a lot and not be afraid of deadlines
• Experience is not necessary - the main thing is responsibility and the desire to grow in the PM direction
