Duties:
- Consultation of potential customers regarding the choice of a project or course;
- Managing and supporting customers until they start working with technical departments;
- Collecting feedback from them and analyzing it to improve the service;
- Working with the CRM system to maintain the customer base;
- Work with the technical department and the Marketing department.
- Reporting in Excel or Word

Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of service (not mandatory, but will be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills;
- High level of self-organization and ability to work in a team;
