We are a Ukrainian furniture manufacturer since 1991, focused on individual complex projects.

Historically, we work in the luxury segment and for the last 2 years we have been filling the assortment with serial furniture in the business segment. We develop and introduce new lines of kitchen furniture, doors, bedroom furniture, wardrobes. We are developing and expanding our business to the markets of Europe and America. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team.

We are looking for:

1. a person who knows how to organize his working day, information and tasks, has developed organizational and communication skills

2. we will be glad if you are on "You" with mathematics

3. the advantages will be the ability to work with drawings and in the CRM system (or a similar database)

4. intermediate level of English is highly desirable: correspondence and telephone communication

Our tasks:

We are looking for a person who will work qualitatively with projects in terms of internal processes in the company under the management of the Project Manager, in fact become his right hand, namely:
1. study of projects, formation of commercial proposals, preparation of contracts, management of projects in the CRM system, search for new contractors for new tasks

2. working with a database of designers, foremen, architects regarding cooperation. The main task is to receive a project for calculation and to present the company's product in a high-quality manner

Working schedule: Mon-Fri 08.00-17.00 (we can agree on a regular schedule 09.00-18.00)

Salary: rate + % of of sales

Territorially: metro Palace Ukraine (work in the office)
