Assistant project manager (b2b in the field of digital marketing) in Billing Media

Billing.Media is a team that helps agencies and companies launch and pay for online advertising (Google, META, TikTok, Linkedin) and marketing/advertising services. We are growing rapidly, expanding the range of services and the client base, therefore we are looking for a responsible and proactive project manager who will support internal processes and client tasks.

What will you do? do:

• Communication with the internal team (accountants, financial managers, technical specialists): setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, reporting

• Invoicing for clients, accounting and setting up payments for advertising services

• Preparation and maintenance of documents: contracts, annexes, acts, reports

• Preparation of regular reports on the services provided and settlements with clients

• Working with CRM / META Ads / Google Ads / Google-sheets / 1C

What is important to us:

• Ability to learn quickly and perceive a large amount of information
• Ability to count correctly (work with financial reports for clients, calculation of advertising account replenishment amounts)

• Understanding document flow and financial processes (invoices, contracts, acts)

• Responsibility, self-organization, ability to work in multitasking format

• Communication skills, ability to work in a team - ask, help, suggest improvements

Will advantage:

• Experience in the field of digital marketing on the client side or in a marketing agency from 1 year (does not include maintaining pages in social networks)

• Basic removal of META Ads, Google Ads functionality

We consider candidates:

• With experience in Internet advertising, banking field

• With basic knowledge of accounting, financial accounting, document management (Contracts, Appendices)

• Salary: from UAH 27,000 at the start - depends on experience and interview results

• Flexible format: remote, with the possibility to work in the office (Minsk, Kyiv) after the end of the war

• Schedule: from Mon to Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
