Our mission is to effectively support and meet the changing needs of the population in their efforts to move from crisis to reconstruction/rehabilitation, and eventually to sustainable living. We invite you to cooperate assistant project manager to strengthen the team for the implementation of the project "Psychosocial support in health care institutions". You will be involved in the organization of conferences, forums and other project events in accordance with the developed plan. DUTIES AND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES Coordination of the work of the event, provision of event participants with handouts comfort for participants, guests and speakersAdministration of purchases and logistics within the planned activities of the projectCoordination of the work of contractorsPreparation of press announcements, press releases of eventsCommunication with central and regional media for publicationsPerformance of various administrative tasks within the framework of eventsComply with all policies and procedures established in the organizationREQUIREMENTS work experience as an organizer events, administrator from 2 years fluent in the Ukrainian language; experience in preparing project documents (estimates, programs, contracts, annexes, specifications, etc.); experience in finding contractors, setting tasks and monitoring their execution; confident use of a PC (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.); work in the field of humanitarian aidParticipation in the development of social capitalMotivated teamCompetitive salary and transparent conditions of cooperationHybrid work formatOffice in the city centerDuration of the contract: 5 months (with a trial period of 2 months)Form of contractual relations - FOPWe invite you to become part of a motivated team and restore the future of communities at the same time!
