- Confident knowledge of project management Agile and Waterfall methodology
- Understanding the principles of automation enterprises
- Mastering the basics of business process modeling and notation (BPMN ))
- Knowledge of Englishlanguages at level B1 (Intermediate) or higher

Responsibilities :
- Participation in the pre-sale stage as part of project management
- Conducting the initial collection of project requirements
- Management of project planning processes and their implementation
- Maintenance of project documentation
- Control of team agreements: deadlines, task execution, scheduled team meetings — daily scrum, planning, retrospective
- Organization and coordination of the working group for the implementation of project stages: initiation, work planning, execution, testing, transition of the project to Go-Live
