Assistant Project Manager in BLUMFILD

Construction company Aspect Montage Inc is looking for a skilled Assistant Project Manager to work with demanding US-based clients on bringing high-quality door sales, service, and installationAs an Assistant Project Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day communication with various clients as well as leading a team of building specialists — everyone from designers and architects to contractors and construction workers — through a series of tasks to bring the project to fruitionRequirements:Minimum 0.5 years in Project Management, Sales or Call center;Experience working with international clients in construction projects, preferably in door service and installation;Fluent English is a must;Ability to work from 8 AM to 5-6 PM in Boston/NYC time zone (UTC-4);Outgoing personality, proactive approach;Excellent communication and organizational skills;Attention to details, ability to multi-task Responsibilities;Solving critical issues both with crews and customers/stores;Negotiations with customers, store managers, executive representatives and partners.ResponsibilitiesSolving critical issues both with crews and customers/stores;Negotiations with customers, store managers, executive representatives and partners;Reports about the results and strategic/tactical plans preparation and implementation for company projects and contractors;Assistance and support for operative staff and partners.What we can offer you:Competitive salary dependent on experience: $800-1000 per month;Full-time employment;Stable, long-term role with lots of growth opportunities;Work for a supportive, remote team that values you;Absence of bureaucracy.
