Assistant Project Manager in Aspect Montage Inc

Construction company Aspect Montage Inc is looking for a skilled Assistant Project Manager to work with demanding US-based clients on bringing high-quality door sales, service, and installation.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day communication via calls or messages and interaction with stores, customers, and installers on the organization and planning of work, as well as their execution.

Requirements

• Fluent English is a must
• Experience working with the international clients, preferably in construction projects, door service, and installation
• Ability to work from 8 AM to 5-6 PM in Boston/NYC time zone (UTC-4)
• Outgoing personality, proactive approach
• Excellent communication
• Attention to details, ability to multi-task
