For effective communication within the team, aStrong Intermediate level orhigher inEnglish isrequired. Effective use ofMicrosoft Office tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools (such asGoogle Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides), etc. Minimal experience inasimilar position orinamanagement role will beaplus. Would beaplus: Completed higher education inthe field ofmanagement, finance, orlegal studies. Responsibilities: Supporting the manager inplanning and coordinating projects. Maintaining project documentation and ensuring information isup-to-date. Compiling reports onproject progress and effectiveness. Organizing meetings and conferences, preparing necessary materials. Communicating with project participants, other offices, partners, and resolving current issues. Monitoring and controlling the deadlines for task completion and responsible persons. Ensuring project teams comply with internal standards and procedures. Executing the manager’s assignments.
