Assistant to the project manager in Shid SOS

The "East SOS" charitable foundation, in cooperation with foreign partners, created a network of safe spaces "Zatyshno space" for women and girls who suffered as a result of the war. The centers are located in 7 cities of Ukraine. In the spaces, women communicate, restore social ties, acquire skills, attend individual consultations, and also join psychosocial and recreational groups. We unite people who are ready to strengthen the results of the East SOS Foundation and are currently looking for an assistant project manager . Responsibilities: control over the provision of answers to donors, partners, team members (mail and messengers); work with documents (scanning, control and verification of correct filling); creation of basic documents according to templates; work with databases (entering information, checking relevance) ;collection of information for the preparation of reports; other tasks related to the implementation of the project. Requirements: work experience in a similar position from 1 year; excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Google docs, Spreadsheets and other basic programs; fluency in Ukrainian, English B1 and above; readiness for monotonous tasks and large volumes of work with documents; respect for deadlines; awareness of the topic of countering gender-based violence will be an advantage. We expect: motivation to work in the field of support for victims and help people who found themselves in a difficult situation as a result of the war of the Russian Federation in Ukraine; respect for democracy, the rule of law and human rights, equality and non-discrimination; the ability to maintain healthy relationships in the team, notice and respond to conflict situations.
