Blagomai Foundation is looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant/Project Manager, who will help in the daily operational work in the medical direction and promote effective interaction between the manager, managers and partners.

Experience in the position of assistant project manager / project manager from 1 year;Higher education;Excellent computer skills (Gmail, Google Workspace, MS Office: Excel, Word);Competent spoken and written Ukrainian language;Knowledge of English will be an advantage;Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently; Organized, responsible and the ability to set and adhere to priorities; Coordinating skills and helping others in completing tasks; Willingness to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in practise; Attention to details and accuracy in work; Resilience to stress and a high level of emotional intelligence; Positive attitude, resilience and a sincere desire to help; Consonance with the manager's values and a desire for professional development; Dedication to work and interest in social projects. Responsibilities:
- Help in the development, planning and support of fund projects;
- Coordination of communications between project participants: partners, trainers, colleagues, benefactors and program participants;
- Preparation and management internal project documentation (plans, schedules, lists, tables, databases, etc.);
- Organization of meetings, meetings, online calls, preparation of materials for them;
- Formation of reports, analytics, summary reports;
- Monitoring of task execution and control of deadlines;
- Collection of information and materials necessary for project implementation (documents, photos/videos, reviews, etc.);
- Supporting partners and participants in solving current work issues;
- Maintaining correspondence and supporting information exchange within the team;
- Helping in the preparation of presentations, descriptions and other informational materials;
- Participation in improving internal project processes and proposalsregarding their optimization.
Working conditions:
- full-time employment 5 days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- part-time work is possible remotely 3/2 after the trial period
