Assistant project manager in Cheyser Aroma

We are Chaser Aroma LLC — a Ukrainian manufacturer of food flavorings of the Chaser brand. We create innovative flavors that inspire! We invite to the team an assistant project manager who will help keep all processes under control and ensure the stable operation of the company.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring smooth operation of the production direction and execution of the plan;
• Control of remaining raw materials, materials and components, organization of timely orders;
• Accounting and maintenance of primary documentation;
• Coordination of work of contractors and interaction with landlords, control of payments;
• Control of the serviceability of equipment, engineering systems and compliance with safety requirements.

What we expect from You:

• Understanding production processes and planning logic;
• Accounting, documentation or supply experience would be an advantage;
• Systematic, responsible, attentive to details;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.
