Assistant project manager in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

IFB "Caritas of Ukraine" (CU) is looking for a specialist for the position of Assistant manager for the project on housing repairs for vulnerable households affected by the war in Ukraine.

Main duties links:

• Planning of project work, monitoring and control of compliance with plans;
• Control execution of project tasks and assignments;
• Helping local teams with writing and submitting project proposals for financing services to local authorities, national and international donors;
• Organization of conferences, seminars, trainings and other project activities in accordance with the developed plan;
• Collection and processing of information regarding project progress, challenges and possible risks of project implementation or achieving project goals;
• Maintaining business correspondence;
• Working with databases, platforms, both donors, clusters and Caritas of Ukraine;
• Preparation of project reporting in various sections based on data provided by members of the project team;
• Maintenance of protocols, maintenance of planner ;
• Helping the project manager with the development of project documentation;
• Maintaining the project archive.

Requirements:

• Complete higher education (Management and management, sociology, psychology or related fields)
• Experience as a project assistant/assistant in public and/or charitable organizations, construction/engineering companies, banking institutions from 1 year;
• Readiness for business trips

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Sufficient level of English - Intermediate and above;
• PC skills (advanced user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills;
• High level of organization, persistence and consistency;
• Understanding the basics of project management and understanding the project cycle;
• Initiative and ability to plan and prioritize work .
