IFB Caritas of Ukraine is looking for a specialist for the position of Assistant Manager project "Humanitarian aid for people affected by the conflict in Ukraine".

Main duties:
- Planning of project works, monitoring and control of compliance with plans.
- Control of execution of project tasks and assignments.
- Organization of conferences, seminars, trainings and other project events in accordance with the developed plan.
- Logistics of events.
- Collection and processing of information regarding project progress, challenges and possible risks of project implementation or achievement of project goals.
- Controlling the actions of project team members in order to find and eliminate the causes of failure in the project implementation process.
- Preparation of project reporting in various sections based on data provided by members of the project team.
- Help in collecting success stories, photo and video reports for internal and external reporting.
- Monitoring visits to each project location followed by preparation of reports on achievement of project performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
- Organization, maintenance of internal and external document flow of the project.
- Translation of project documentation from/to English.
- Organization of meetings, preparation of presentations, keeping minutes.
- Assisting the project manager in developing project documentation.
- Administration of project documentation (drafting of documents, updating, checking, support of coordination) and control of its implementation.
- Management and maintenance of the project library in an up-to-date condition, control of the presence of complete project documentation in it.
- Assistance in the preparation of a package of documents necessary for the conclusion and execution of contracts with donors.
- Maintenance of project archive.
- Cooperation with the network of Caritas organizations.
Requirements:
- Complete higher education
- Proficiency in English at B2 level
- Work experience in a similar position (preferably in non-governmental public associations) from the 1st year
- Understanding the basics of project management and understanding the project cycle
Knowledge and skills required:
- Excellent writtenand oral communication skills
- Readiness for business trips (1-3 per month, lasting 1-5 days)
- Proactivity and promptness in solving operational issues
- Attention to details
- High level of organization, persistence and consistency
- Readiness for flexibility in communications and routine work
- Ability to plan and prioritize work
