Product Management Assistant

We are expanding the team and are looking for a Product Management Assistant to help the team work with products, data and internal processes.

This is a position for an attentive, systematic person who enjoys working with products, numbers and information.

Your main tasks:

1. Weekly reports to suppliers and vendors

2. Assistance to the product manager:

• in the collection, processing, preparation of orders, control of reserves and shipments in the network
• with orders from vendors, suppliers (filling in tables, order processing in Excel)
• with primary documents from suppliers
• in the preparation of information for filling out cards and Ukrainian translation
• in information support of partners and end consumers

We expect from you:

• Work experience of 2 years in a similar position
• Work experience in the field of wholesale/retail trade will be an additional advantage
• Knowledge of PC at a high level (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proficiency in English at a level no lower Intermediate
• Responsibility, attention to detail, analytical mindset
