We are currently expanding our team and looking for a new colleague for the position of Assistant of the commercial department

We see a colleague in the team who has:

• Higher education, preferably in a technical direction;
• Skills in business correspondence, competent written and spoken language;
• Experience in working with documents, primary accounting documentation;
• li> Experience of interaction with legal entities (clients, counterparties, suppliers);
• Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google docs;

Tasks where you can show your talent:

• Preparation of documents for tender purchases, when signing a contract and participation in the preparation of commercial proposals;
• Ensuring document flow between the commercial department, the customer, the accounting service, the design and technology department, the department project and production management;
• Execution of orders of commercial managers;
• Work with the CRM system: development of leads, identification of the customer's primary needs.
