Charitable Foundation "Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The Foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, stable and recognizable institution in the field of supporting children.
To implement of the international project, the foundation announces the purchase of the services of the "MEAL Assistant". accountability and learning (MEAL) in the organization's projects.
Collection, input and primary analysis of data regarding the implementation of project indicators.
Maintenance of beneficiary databases and data quality assurance.
Participation in the preparation of MEAL tools (questionnaires, data collection forms, surveys, etc.).
Support for conducting assessments, surveys, focus group discussions and monitoring visits.
Processing and systematization of collected information for the preparation of reports.
Supporting feedback mechanisms and working with beneficiaries' complaints/suggestions.
Preparation of tables, summaries and data visualizations (Excel).
Keeping MEAL documentation and ensuring its proper storage.
Experience with CRM data, surveys or research would be an advantage.
Basic understanding of MEAL principles and humanitarian programs would be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel (required).
Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
Analytical thinking and organization.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of the Ukrainian language; English will be an advantage.
