This role focuses on driving audience engagement and conversion through innovative cross-channel marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and a keen understanding of evolving digital landscapes.Key Competencies:Growth Mindset: Embraces innovation and challenges the status quo.Change Management: Agile mindset with a vision for the future.Team Building: Strong partnership skills across organizational boundaries.Outcome-Oriented: Clearly articulates desired outcomes and navigates complex situations decisively.Business and Technical Acumen: Strategically adjusts plans while collaborating effectively with technical partners.Analytical: Synthesizes data to drive informed decisions.Responsibilities Include:Guide and support team members to enhance their professional development.Lead OnStar digital content strategy development in alignment with business goals.Ensure a seamless consumer experience across all digital touchpoints.Implement social media and content marketing strategies based on industry insights.Manage content calendars and oversee OnStar.com marketing content.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for social marketing and content publishing.Optimize search strategies and website content for improved performance.Collaborate on brand initiatives to enhance OnStar awareness and engagement.Monitor and address customer feedback across web and social platforms.Utilize data and analytics to drive performance outcomes.Support regional colleagues as needed.Skills Required:7-10 years of progressive digital marketing and content development experience with a proven track record of growth.Strong ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding timeframes.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in social media and content marketing.Knowledge of SEM/SEO and digital marketing channels.Experience with product launches and managing multiple priorities.Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.Attention to detail and self-direction.Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.Additional Job DescriptionEducational Requirements:Four-Year Accredited College Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Additional Requirements / Qualifications:Experience in marketing automotive or technology brands.Familiarity with enterprise social publishing and listening tools.Ability to manage agency resources effectively.Understanding of website analytics and trends.Global work experience is a plus.GM DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE.
