Necessary skills and work experience:
- Experience of SMM work as a manager or copywriter from 1 year;
- Owning photo and video editors, experience in creating designs and video editing (for example, in Canva or similar editors);< /li>
- The ability to write easily, quickly and interestingly;
- Experience of writing articles for the website;
- Creativity, literacy, attention to detailsalley and the ability to generate new ideas;
- Experience with graphic programs Photoshop, Illustrator is desirable.
Functional:
- Maintenance of social networks of UPP's own brands (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Telegram);
- Development of a content plan and coordination with the manager;
- Search for ideas / examples for photos and videos, on the basis of which the content plan will be filled, formation of TOR for designers to create creatives;
- Initiating and conducting campaigns in social networks, promotions and contests to attract audiences;
- Tracking new trends, current topics and trends in social networks and prompt implementation them in the content plan;
- Analysis of competitors, analysis of target audiences and prescription of portraits for projects;
- Interaction with subscribers, monitoring and response to comments and messages;
- Formation of a work plan and reporting on the results of implementation;
- Testing and launch of new social networks (TikTok).
The result of the employee's activity:
- Regularity of publications according to the content plan;
- Increase of followers on each platform;
- Increase in the number of likes, comments, shares and posts saved;
