Main duties: Support sales: form, renew and recharge to managers, materials for sales (scripts, KP, letters to the director, etc.). Fill out analytical reports, mostly weekly. Develop technical specifications for advertising layouts, transfer tasks to the designer and monitor their execution. Fill in data for orders for promotions. Purchase gifts for customers, order advertising products. Monitor competitors and fill out relevant reports. Monitor payment timeliness by contractors and manage document flow. Organize product presentations at seminars, exhibitions, gatherings for CAs and opinion leaders. Create webinars, seminars on the website with all technical settings for lead generation and online sales. Prepare and place marketing texts on the company's online resources (online store, event site, promotional pages, landing pages, etc.). Fill the Telegram channel page of the publishing group. It is important for us as a future colleague (requirements for the candidate): Knowledge of marketing basics. A marketing education is desirable. Perfect command of the Ukrainian language. Skills in working with texts that sell. Logical thinking, analytical abilities. Ability to work in online image editors on Canva, Crello. Orientation to results. Confident user of PC, Microsoft Office applications. The main job task in the position - product promotion, sales support, implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for products in order to attract and retain customers.
