Assistant manager of tender sales in LINA TD, TOV

The electrotechnical company "LINA" is the market leader in the sale of electrical equipment, invites an experienced specialist of the tender department (state procurement) to the team.

The tender department at the company "Lina" has existed for only 6 months.

During this time, we won more than 115 commercial tenders for the supply of electrical engineering, lighting engineering, cable and conductor products, electricity meters.

As a company, we plan to participate in government procurement, that is why we are expanding the tender department team.

Main duties:

• preparation and submission of a complete set of tender documents for participation in state tenders (applications, proposals, estimates, certificates, etc.).
• analysis of tender documentation, understanding of requirements and conditions of participation in state tenders procurements.
• tracking of tender announcements on Prozorro, SmartTender, etc. platforms.
• control of compliance with deadlines for submission of documents and timely response to customer requests.
• ensuring compliance of public procurement procedures with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Requirements to candidates:

• 1-2 years of work experience with the submission of documents for state tenders.
• deep knowledge of legislation in the field of public procurement (Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement").
• mastery of working with electronic systems (Prozorro, SmartTender).
• ability to work with a large volume of documents, attention to details.
• responsibility, organization, ability to work in a team.

• Competitive salary: UAH 30,000 for a trial period (1 month), then rate + % (total income UAH 35,000-45,000 and above, depending on the results).
