We are looking for a system assistant manager with a strong marketing bias who will help keep sites, contractors, tasks and processes under control.

Main tasks

Assisting the manager

• Help with current management tasks
• Control of execution of assignments
• Organization and systematization of information

Coordination of contractors

• SMM, targeting, SEO, contextual advertising
• Designer, programmer, content manager
• Photographers, creators, translators
• Control of deadlines and quality of execution
• Acceptance of works and transfer for payment

Social networks and advertising

• Approval of content, creatives, promotions
• Control of advertising campaigns
• Analysis of reports (SMM, target, context)
• Understanding basic performance indicators (ROI, payback)
• Participation in meetings with contractors

Marketing and sites

• Constant monitoring of sites (mobile + desktop)
• Identifying errors, setting tasks for the programmer
• Working with content (photos, videos, texts, new products)
• Control of correctness of product descriptions

Work with CRM (Planfix)

• Monitoring tasks from the manager
• Helping colleagues in working with CRM
• Setting tasks for integrators
• Execution control

Additionally

• Working with marketplaces (Rozetka, Prom)
• Participation in photo and video shooting
• Creation of content using AI (ChatGPT, Nano Banana)

Format of work - full time. You can visit the office 2-3 times a week, the rest of the days - work remotely.
