Assistant manager / Manager of commercial work (remote) in Elepart SP Z O.O.

We are looking for an employee for remote work to help the manager in the commercial activities of the company.

Responsibilities:

• assist the manager in current commercial work;

• preparation and support for participation in Ukrainian and international tenders;

• search and processing of the tender documentation;

• preparation of requests for commercial offers from manufacturers;

• communication with suppliers and partners;

• calculation and preparation of commercial offers;

• conducting business correspondence;

• collection, systematization and analysis of information for participation in tenders and negotiations;

• execution of other work tasks within the commercial direction.

Requirements:

• attention, responsibility, organization;

• experience working with documents, tables, commercial calculations will be an advantage;

• ability to quickly find information and work with a large amount of data;

• competent written Ukrainian language;

• experience in participating in tenders will be an advantage;

• knowledge of the English language will be a plus;

• knowledge of the Polish language will be an additional advantage.
