Assistant manager for working with customers in a tourist equipment store in ROCK FRONT

ROCK FRONT isa Kropivny brand of innovative lightweight travel equipment. Best known for travel down products: sleeping bags of its own design and quilts that have no analogues in the world.

We are looking for an energetic and sociable candidate who interesting field of tourism and active recreation.

The main duties include solving customer issues by phone, email and social networks, providing consultations, working with CRM - system and content of the site and marketplaces.

Requirements:

• love of travel and tourist experience, interest in outdoor topics(required );
• competent oral and written language, command of English with an interpreter;
• be open, active, communicative and willing;
• confident user PC, experience with CMS WordPress will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Regular study of the range of brand products, their characteristics, materials and specifics of use in hiking and traveling
2. Communication and consulting with customers by phone, email and in social networks, including . in English
3. Maintaining the client base in the CRM system
4. Working with the site in the WordPress CMS: adding products, checking availability, adding banners and other content.
