Assistant manager / Administrative manager in Capital MBS

Main duties:

• Preliminary selection of candidates for open positions.

• Organization of online meetings and interview.

• Graphic Design of Advertisements, Banners for Facebook and Instagram

• Making of Reals, 

• Maintenance of corporate pages in social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok).

• Phone calls to clients, arranging meetings with the manager.
  

Candidate requirements:

Experience in an administrative or similar position is preferred.
• Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Video Editing style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  Proficiency in English at the B1-B2 level...

• Feel free to use: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">,Google Workspace, basic online tools and office equipment.
