We are looking for an assistant head of the partnership development department.
Responsibilities:
Organization of online and offline meetings, trainings and events for partners
Coordination of communication with partners (Telegram chats, information, communication support)
Maintenance of the CRM system: data updating, filling quality control, reporting preparation
Working with a warm base of agents: calls, reminders, relationship support
Organization of offline events (logistics, preparation, support)
Coordination of booking apartments for partners
Operational support of the manager in daily tasks
Accompaniment of the manager at events
Requirements:
Experience as an assistant / coordinator / account manager from 6 months
Developed organizational skills and the ability to work in multitasking
Communication and customer orientation
Attention to details and responsibility
Proactivity and the ability to quickly get involved in tasks
Basic CRM skills
Confident use of Google Docs / Sheets
Fluency in the Ukrainian language (English will be a plus)
Will be an advantage:
Experience in real estate or affiliate sales
Experience in organizing events
Skills for working with tables and analytics
Understanding Sales Funnels
