Responsibilities:

  • Organization of online and offline meetings, trainings and events for partners
  • Coordination of communication with partners (Telegram chats, information, communication support)
  • Maintenance of the CRM system: data updating, filling quality control, reporting preparation
  • Working with a warm base of agents: calls, reminders, relationship support
  • Organization of offline events (logistics, preparation, support)
  • Coordination of booking apartments for partners
  • Operational support of the manager in daily tasks
  • Accompaniment of the manager at events

Requirements:

  • Experience as an assistant / coordinator / account manager from 6 months
  • Developed organizational skills and the ability to work in multitasking
  • Communication and customer orientation

  • Proactivity and the ability to quickly get involved in tasks
  • Basic CRM skills
  • Confident use of Google Docs / Sheets
