Responsibilities: correspondence and coordination with international partners, support of senior managers in the framework of their projects, management of relations with partner institutions, support of office life: interaction with the lessor, counterparties, organization of events, maintenance of the calendar of meetings of managers and management and assistance in their organization, etc. document flow, partial reporting, assistance in designing presentations (experience in Canvas will be a plus) Requirements: higher education in the field of international cooperation, international relations, international economy, etc. An additional international education will be a plus; experience in administrative office support is desirable; English at the Business Advanced level, the presence of Certificates will be an advantage; fluency in the Ukrainian language.
