Assistant in the support department (with training) in AGRO SEND

We are currently looking for an energetic and responsible assistant in the Support department with the possibility of development in the areas of advertising/design and IT direction. Duties: - Receiving and processing incoming applications from the company's customers; - Further analysis of the problem, drawing up ways to solve it; - Support and quality customer service during the resolution of current tasks; - Reporting on the process and success of situation management; - Cooperation with other departments of the company.
