Assistant in the support department (with training) in AGRO SEND

Duties:
- Receiving and processing incoming applications from the company's clients;
- Further analysis of the problem, drawing up ways to solve it;
- Support and high-quality customer service during the resolution of current tasks;
- Reporting on the process and success of situation management;
- Cooperation with other departments of the company. 

Requirements:

 ~  Ability to work independently and/or in a team;

 ~  Effective organization of work and its volumes;
 
~ Computer skills at a sufficient level, and education working with programs (MS Office,         Google Docs, etc.).

 ~  Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not required;

 ~  Excellent analytical and communication skills;

 ~  Ability to work under time constraints;

 ~  Sociability, inresponsibility, high attention.
