Assistant in the Marketing Department in Henkel Ukraine / Henkel Ukrayina

The marketing assistant at Henkel Ukraine will provide support to brand teams and marketing processes, participating in the implementation of marketing initiatives and ensuring the effective daily work of the division. Your duties:

• Administrative support of the marketing department (document circulation, closing business trips),

• Preparation, consolidation and updating of marketing reports (dynamics market, market share, brand sales analytics),

• Assistance in the preparation of regular reports, presentations and marketing materials,

• Support of brand teams in the planning and implementation of projects,

• Management of orders for marketing and trade samples,

• Support and regular updating of recommended files prices,

• Organizing internal and external meetings of the marketing department,

• Formatting documents, creating templates and preparing presentations,

• Executing other tasks of the marketing department in accordance with the internal standards of the company.

You will be a good fit if:

• You are fluent in English language,

• You have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of marketing (will be an advantage),

• You have a higher education in the field of marketing, economics, management or related fields,

• You have strong organizational and coordination skills,

• You have an analytical mindset and attention to details,

• You are confident in using MS Excel and PowerPoint,

• You are a team player, communicative and proactive,

What you'll do:

• Assist in the preparation of regular reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Support Brand Teams in project planning and implementation activities.

• Manage marketing and sales samples ordering and tracking.

• Maintain and regularly update recommended price files.

• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings of the Marketing Department.

• Format documents, design templates, and support presentation creation.

• Perform other marketing-related tasks in line with department needs and internal standards.
