What does this role include?
You will develop in the following areas:

• Communication architecture: forming the first impression of candidates about company.

• Internal partnership: communication training with department heads and formation of expectations for newcomers.

• Onboarding dynamics: creation of adaptation maps for new employees together with HR.

• Documentation: work with candidate databases, recruiting analytics and HR design.
