Assistant HR manager, recruiter (training) in Osporenko M.I., FOP

The company is looking for an attentive and responsible beginner who wants to develop in the field of HR and recruiting. We are ready to teach all stages of working with candidates — from searching to conducting interviews, as well as introduce internal personnel processes.

Working schedule:

• 9:00–18:00 or 8:30–18:00;

• from Monday to Friday;

• working offline, in a team of the HR department.

Main tasks:

• assistance in finding and selecting candidates for open vacancies;

• posting ads, initial review of resumes;

• communication with candidates, scheduling interviews;

• supporting the HR manager in daily processes: updating databases, processing documents, keeping simple reports;

• participation in the formation of a positive candidate experience;

• gradual mastering of recruiting tools and evaluation methods.
