Bomond is a retail chain of perfumery and cosmetics stores. We are represented in the largest cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Dnipro. We are currently looking for a recruiter, assistant HR manager. interaction with managers on matters of recruitment, adaptation of personnel) monitoring and analysis of the labor market; placement of vacancies; creation of a database of reserve candidates; work with various search channels; assistance and execution of assignments of the personnel manager in the registration, admission and dismissal of employees. Requirements: Experience in a similar position from the 1st year (also willing to consider candidates without experience);Knowledge of basic candidate search tools;Focus on results, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;Basic knowledge and skills of the recruitment process;Knowledge of the MS Office suite of programs;Knowledge of English language will be an advantage!Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other normative legal acts regulating labor relations.Conditions:Part-time employment, flexible work schedule;Official employment, compliance with all social guarantees;Official s.p., regular payment;Medical insurance;Discount products;Office in the city center, st.m.
