Responsibilities:

• Assisting in recruiting (posting vacancies, selecting resumes).

• Communicating with candidates, organizing interviews.

• Participating in the adaptation of new employees.

• Maintenance of the candidate database and personnel documentation.

• Preparation of reports and internal HR materials.

• Supporting the HR manager in daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Interest in the HR field and working with people.

• Willingness to learn and develop in HR.

• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language.

• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Google Docs).

• Responsibility, attentiveness and organization.

• Work experience is not mandatory - ready teach.
