Requirements:

• higher education;
• having experience of working as an HR-manager assistant or HR-manager for 1 year or more;
• experience in the selection of line personnel;
• knowledge of personnel evaluation methods and the ability to use them;
• knowledge of the main HR processes in the company;
• initial knowledge of personnel administration;
• desire to develop in the profession;
• pleasant appearance;
• kindness and friendliness;
• readiness to move to Bukovel;

Job tasks:

• search and selection of line personnel;
• onboarding of employees;
• formation of personal files of new employees;
• control of management and timely handing in timesheets;
• fulfilling the instructions of the manager.
