Be the Backbone of Our Growing Startup!Do you crave an environment where your contributions make a real difference?You'll wear many hats, playing a crucial role in supporting our CEO and ensuring our operations run smoothly from the ground up.Responsibilities:Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing paperwork.Onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel records.Handle a wide range of administrative tasks.Maintain a professional and confidential work environment for the CEO.Occasional travel may be required.Qualifications:Advanced English skills.Bonus Points:Polish language skills are a plus.Experience as an Assistant or a similar role (prior startup experience highly valued).Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.Discretion and a high degree of professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies.
