In connection with the expansion, our company is looking for an assistant HR manager

• Experience in recruiting, we also consider without experience

Your tasks:

• Search and selection candidates for positions

• Conducting initial interviews and assessment of soft/hard skills

• Supporting the candidate at all stages of recruiting

• Preparing short reports and feedback on candidates

• Interacting with department heads and job vacancies

• Participating in the development of the HR brand company
