Assistant Hr Manager in NANOENGLISH

We are looking to build a great team that will help us reach new heights, so we need someone who will be responsible for managing all aspects of personnel management.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out recruiting events: posting vacancies, conducting interviews, selecting candidates;
• Organizing and conducting induction and adaptation training for new employees;

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager would be an advantage but not mandatory;
• Ability to learn quickly and adaptation in a new environment;
• Basic computer skills;
• Willingness to be part of a successful and a dynamic team;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Experience working with staff will be an asset to you plus;
• Responsibility

Conditions:

• Working schedule: 5\2 from 9:00 to 19:00,
• Salary: from UAH 35,000 (Fixed rate + bonuses),
