We are looking for an Assistant HR manager who will help with the organization of the main processes of the department and ensure their high quality. If you have little experience and are ready to develop in the field of HR, send your resume! We will help with further training.
Main duties:
- Accounting, ordering and issuing forms for employees, replenishing first-aid kits in the store, issuing keys locker rooms
- Meeting and onboarding of newcomers
- Support for layoffs
- Organization of scheduled occupational health and safety training and other scheduled employee training
- Maintenance of basic personnel document management
- Formation of reports based on the data of the personnel department
What is required from a candidate for the position:
- Willingness to learn - we will tell and show everything that needs to be done, including personnel document flow
- Ability to work with electronic boards and Google documents
- Organization
- Attention to details - work with personnel accounting requires attention when entering data
- Active life position - we constantly update the processes of the personnel department to make our work more efficient. You will have the opportunity to propose changes and see their results
