The contact center of Ukraine needs a recruiter's assistant. Duties: Operational search and selection of personnel (mass selection). Work with qualified selection: analysis of reviews, screening of resumes. Conducting more than 100 telephone interviews with candidates per day. Creation of a reserve of necessary specialists. Maintenance of the database of candidates in the program. Outbound calls, correspondence in messengers with candidates. Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of communication. Inviting applicants to the office. Keeping reports. Carrying out the instructions of the manager. Requirements: Communicability and energy, business communication on the phone. Dealing with objections, persuasive skills and selling vacancies. Knowledge of technologies and methods hiring of mass personnel. Ability to work with a large amount of information. Quick adaptation in multitasking mode. Independence, punctuality, self-organization. Remote work format is EXCLUDED. Salary rate 15,000 + bonus program. Paid training with a senior specialist. The team includes 14 HR managers, more than 23 recruiters, more than 12 recruiter assistants.
