The company Tata Agro Moto is successfully engaged in the sale of spare parts for motor vehicles, motoblocks, mini tractors, chainsaws and petrol pump for more than 18 years. The current assortment has already exceeded the mark of 8,000 items and continues to grow.

We are actively developing, studying demand and can meet the needs of any client B2B and B2C.

We are looking for a Recruiter

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR recruiter for at least 1 year ;
• Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategy;
• Knowledge of HR tools (recruitment, training and development, evaluation, reward system, non-material motivation);

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of HR processes in all directions;
• Selection and adaptation;
< li>Participation in the implementation of the personnel evaluation system, control of deadlines
• Organization and holding of corporate events;
• Conducting surveys and diagnosis of corporate culture;
• Building a succession reserve system .

Conditions of work:

• Work in a remote format
• Working day from 09:00 to 18:00 (Sat, Sun — weekends);
• Stable salary;
• Support from colleagues.
